Amen Goods – Return & Exchange Policy

At Amen Goods, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” at purchase

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes

  • Different colors (if available)

  • Defective or damaged items

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • A refund

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed issues.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Amen Goods is not responsible for lost return packages.

7. In-Store Purchases (If Applicable)

In-store purchases may be:

  • Returned for store credit within 7 days.

  • Exchanged within 14 days with receipt.

No cash refunds for in-store purchases.
