1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Amen Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your country or region.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times do not include processing time.

4. International Shipping

Amen Goods ships internationally where available.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled by Amen Goods.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Amen Goods is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at amengoods285@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
